hush [by me]

Shocked.

Down in Orlando, Florida you can't find folk and viking metal in any stores. You have to order it online and have it imported from Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc. Well, I just went up to visit my family in an extremely small town in New York. I went to the mall, and the metal section was crawling with folk and viking metal. I'm sitting here thinking, "What the fuck!" No viking metal in a big city and it's all over in this small place? I found Finntroll first, and I bought it for my boyfriend really fast.. because I hate buying things over the internet. There were so many CDs I wanted but I was at a loss for money.

Does anyone else think there's a bit of ironic injustice in this? Lol.

Download 2005

Hey ladies! I got back from the Download Festival last night and have posted the photos and written about it in my LJ already. It's a long entry and I can't be bothered to reword it for this comm, so I'm going to x-post if you don't mind lol. I don't know whether I enjoyed this year more than last year, but it was all good anyway ^___^

Did anyone else go? Wasn't the weather dreadful? I was really screwed because I only brought one long sleeved top, thinking it would be sunny >.<
Is it true that festivals in the USA don't have camping? That must suck :(
